Creating your custom wristbands is a team effort. You are a vital part of the team. We count on you to provide the detailed information we need to make the great wristbands you want. While we’re working together to create your custom wristbands, both you and The-Wristband-Factory have specific responsibilities. Those responsibilities for each of us are outlined below. These are our terms and conditions of sales. Please take a few minutes to review this important information.

Standing behind our products 100%
WristbandWarehouse.com backs every order with our 100% Quality Guarantee. We will replace (at no additional charge to you) any wrist bands that are found to have defects in materials or workmanship.
Giving you accurate information
Before we begin production, you will receive a digital proof of your wrist bands via email. This proof is a graphic artist’s representation of the final product. This is to allow you to make any necessary changes or corrections. We will begin production of your order when you return this confirmation to us with your approval.
Producing your order correctly & on time
Once we have obtained your approval on both the digital proof and the order confirmation, we will produce your wrist bands within 10 business days. Your order will then be shipped directly to the address you specify.

YOU are responsible for:
Legal Ownership of any and all logos, trademarks and copyrights
By submitting your design to WristbandWarehouse.com, you warrant that you have the legal right to reproduce (or have reproduced) any logos or other images associated with your order. You also certify that the production of any images you submit does not infringe on any other company's or individual’s rights.
Giving due attention to the proof provided
Once you receive the digital proof of your wrist bands, review it in detail. Please give special attention to: the design, the grammar, and the colors. Once you have made any necessary changes to your proof, return it to us via email. This is your signal to us that everything has been approved.
NOTE: We use the Pantone™ PMS color matching system. Because not all computer monitors display colors in the same way, it is important that you indicate your color choices using Pantone PMS numbers. For additional information, visit the Pantone site at www.pantone.com. PMS color books are available at most art supply stores and some libraries. All PMS numbers will be listed on the bottom of your proof so that you can verify them easily.
Reviewing the details of your order confirmation
After your proof has been returned to us, you will receive an order confirmation. Once again, please review the information carefully. If all the information is correct, return it to us and we will begin the production process. NOTE: Once an order has been approved and confirmed, it may not be canceled for any reason.
Providing correct shipping information
Your order will be produced and shipped within 10 days. We cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping caused by inaccurate address information, the misrouting of your package or undeliverable shipping addresses.
We do ship international orders; however, these orders will be subject to applicable shipping charges based on both order quantity and location. International customers are solely responsible for any customs and duty fees for orders delivered outside the United States.
Reviewing your product
Once your wrist bands arrive, you will have 30 days to review them for defects. If you discover a problem or issue that concerns you, please provide us with a brief email description and digital photos (required) of any claimed defects. If the order was shipped to a third party, YOU -- the person who placed the order -- are still the one responsible for contacting us.
All orders are final. Due to the custom nature of the wrist bands we manufacture, all sales are final. Once an order has been placed, it may not be canceled for any reason. WristbandWarehouse.com does not issue refunds. As mentioned previously, we will replace any wrist bands that contain defects in materials or workmanship.
In the event that a legal dispute arises, it is agreed that the venue for such a dispute is Marion County, Florida, USA. Should the dispute pertain to the illegal use of copyright or trademark infringements, you agree to defend the claim at your sole expense. You agree to pay any damages and costs assessed against WristbandWarehouse.com as a result of such a lawsuit or proceeding. You also agree to hold WristbandWarehouse.com harmless in such a lawsuit or proceeding.
